Carson Harris created Food Talk New Mexico to build an online community celebrating the people, businesses, and traditions behind New Mexico’s food and beverage culture.
From farms, growers, and local markets to restaurants, diners, food trucks, breweries, wineries, and special events, Food Talk New Mexico tells the stories of the people who grow it, make it, cook it, serve it, and pour it.
Through interviews, behind-the-scenes features, contests, and community participation, Carson’s goal is to help New Mexicans discover and support the people and places that make our food culture unique.
